The free guide and emails

If you request the Free Guide, MailerLite processes your email address on behalf of Cleverways so the guide and the related welcome emails can be sent. The sign-up form explains what you will receive. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email.

Cleverways does not sell your email address or use it for unrelated advertising.

Messages and corrections

If you email Cleverways, the information in your message is used to answer you, review a correction or deal with an accessibility issue. Do not send passwords, bank details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Optional purchases

The Toolkit link opens Payhip. Payhip and the chosen payment provider process checkout, payment and file delivery under their own privacy information. Cleverways does not receive your full card details.

Website operation

Cleverways has not added third-party advertising or behavioural analytics to this release. The hosting provider processes technical request information needed to deliver, protect and maintain the site. The Free Guide page loads MailerLite to display and protect its sign-up form.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information Cleverways holds about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw from marketing emails at any time. Email info@cleverways.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you remain concerned about how your information has been handled.
